Materials

Materials for the production of shoe soles:

1) TR
SBS-based thermoplastic for the molding of soles. Available in matt or glossy version as well as a wide range of colors and versions: various densities, hardness, fluidity and abrasive resistance.

2) PU
Complete polyurethane systems made of polyester and polyether for the production of soles and cast or injection molded soles. Light, comfortable, wear-resistant and cold-resistant shoes can be made.
To these neutral systems must be added in variable percentages the coloring pastes, to obtain all the shades of color that you desire.

3) EVA
EVA materials for soles manufacturers for molding all types of soles, hulls, boots and sabots. Excellent physical-mechanical properties, different hardness, density and colors, for every customer need.

4) TPU

Thermoplastic polyurethane with excellent physical and mechanical characteristics for molding soles and inserts.
Based on polyester or polyether, it is offered in a large scale of hardness.

5) PVC
For molding soles and boots with different densities, hardness and strength.
It is a versatile material, with the possibility of obtaining both flexible and rigid items. It is light, water-repellent and hardly flammable. With good mechanical properties, it is resistant to abrasion and wear.

6) RUBBER
The rubber family includes a wide range of materials and among its main characteristics we list:
– high temperature resistance, from -80 to + 300 °C;
– antistaticity, conductivity and electrical insulation (therefore it is ideal for the production of work shoes and safety shoes);
– resistance to exposure to fuels, oils and chemicals, while maintaining its properties;
– high adherence to all surfaces (grip).

7) Coloring paste for varnish the polyurethane.
Highly compatible with polyurethane systems. Also available with anti-UV additives to prevent yellowing of the colors.
